We can, but tell us the building at the time of booking. Most CityPlace towers require the service elevator reserved in advance for move ins and move outs, and some want a certificate of insurance on file with the concierge. We carry one and can send it over.

Is a CityPlace one bedroom cheaper than a house clean?

Yes. Our flat rate is based on size and condition, not a made up hourly guess. A 500 to 700 square foot unit is at the bottom of the range. You will get the number before we show up, not after.

Can you do Airbnb turnovers in CityPlace?

We do. Short notice turnovers, linen swap, restock, and photo proof sent to you when the unit is ready. Keep in mind Toronto short term rental rules apply to your building, that part is on you.
