Post-Construction and Post-Renovation Cleaning in the GTA
Post-reno and post-construction cleaning across the GTA. We pull fine drywall and sanding dust off every surface, inside cabinets, window tracks, and vents, with a HEPA vacuum. From $270.
Remove dust and debris after renovations
Renovation dust is not like regular dust. It is fine, it gets into everything, and it keeps resettling for days after the trades leave. Wiping it with a dry cloth just spreads it around. We clean the space after a reno so it is actually livable, not just tidy on the surface.
This is a multi-pass job: HEPA vacuum every surface first so the dust is removed instead of pushed around, then walls, baseboards, trim, inside cabinets and closets, window glass, sills and tracks, light fixtures, vents, and switch plates, then floors washed more than once.

Frequently asked questions
When should the clean happen?
After the trades are done and debris is hauled out.
Why does it cost more than a regular deep clean?
Fine dust needs multiple passes and a HEPA vacuum, and it is on every surface, not just the floors.
