Post-renovation and builder handover cleaning in CityPlace

Drywall dust does not vacuum out on the first pass. It settles into carpet, sits on top of door frames, coats the inside of closets and comes back two days later on every surface you just wiped. New CityPlace handovers and unit renovations both need the same treatment: HEPA vacuuming, multiple passes, and enough time between them to let the air settle. We price it flat and we do not leave until it stops reappearing.
