What's in a Regular Clean

Our regular-clean scope is designed to maintain a Ajax home between deep cleans:

• Kitchen: Counter surfaces, stovetop, microwave exterior, sink scrub, appliance fronts, floor vacuum + mop, backsplash wipe
• Bathrooms: Tub/shower surface clean, toilet (bowl + seat + base), sink and vanity, mirrors, floor
• Living areas: Dust all reachable surfaces, vacuum all floors and rugs, mop hard floors, tidy throw pillows and blankets
• Bedrooms: Bed making (if you want), dust nightstands/dressers, vacuum floor
• Common touches: Doorknobs, light switches, cabinet handles sanitized

Not in regular scope: inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, grout treatment, baseboards. Those are in the deep-clean scope, recommended twice a year.

Weekly vs Bi-Weekly in Ajax

Most Ajax families book bi-weekly. Here's the rough guide:

• Weekly: Households with young kids, multiple pets, or 3+ bedrooms where the mess accumulates faster than bi-weekly can keep up
• Bi-weekly (most common in Ajax): Standard 2-3 person household, keeps the home consistently at "company-ready" without over-cleaning
• Monthly: Solo occupants or low-traffic Ajax condos, often paired with a twice-a-year deep clean

Monthly visits can be harder to schedule consistently because we prioritize weekly/bi-weekly clients' fixed slots. If you want a monthly schedule in Ajax, book early in the month — we'll find you a repeating day.

This is the thing that makes ongoing cleaning actually work: your Ajax crew doesn't change. When you book a recurring spot, you get a dedicated 2-person team.
