• All desks + workstations: Dust surfaces, wipe keyboards exterior, empty trash
• Conference rooms: Full wipe of table, chair backs, whiteboard, trash, tidied
• Kitchen/break room: Counters, sink, microwave interior, fridge exterior, tables, empty trash, restock supplies if host-provided
• Bathrooms: Full disinfect — toilets, sinks, floors, restock paper + soap (host-provided), mirrors
• Floors: Vacuum all carpet, mop all hard floors, edges and corners
• Common areas: Reception, hallways, elevator foyers (if part of tenant space), lobby
• High-touch disinfect: Door handles, light switches, elevator buttons inside your space, shared phones
• Trash removal: All bins to building compactor/exterior

This scope fits offices from 1,000 to 20,000 sq ft in Toronto. Larger spaces quoted from walkthrough.

After-Hours by Default

Standard Toronto office cleaning happens 6 PM–11 PM weekdays or Saturday/Sunday daytime. Your crew arrives after your last employee leaves, badges through your downtown Toronto building security, and completes the visit before you're back in the morning.

Early morning (5 AM–8 AM) is also available for offices that don't want any overlap with business hours. Same flat rate.
