Professional cleaning services in Pickering Living in Pickering offers a unique balance between the breezy atmosphere of Frenchman’s Bay and the busy pace of the GTA. Whether you’re settling into one of the modern new condo developments near the GO Station or raising a family in a detached home in the quiet suburban streets of Amberlea or Liverpool, keeping a clean house can be a challenge. At Pro Cleaning Pros, we’re a family-run team from just down the road in Scarborough, and we understand that your weekends should be spent exploring the trails at Petticoat Creek or shopping at Pickering Town Centre—not scrubbing baseboards. We provide honest, reliable cleaning services across Pickering, from the historic charm of Dunbarton to the lakeside cottages in Bay Ridges. We treat every home in our Durham Region community with the same care we give our own, ensuring your space stays refreshed and welcoming so you have more time to enjoy life by the water. Pro Cleaning Pros has been serving Pickering since 2018 as a family-run Scarborough business. Our Pickering crew is made up of bonded, insured, background-checked cleaners who've worked across every corner of east GTA — from Bay Ridges to Dunbarton to Liverpool. We know the specific details that matter in Pickering: commuter-tenant turnover speed and lakefront property care. That's why our checklists, our tools, and our scheduling are built for Pickering realities, not generic "cleaning service" boilerplate. Our pricing is flat-rate, always. You get a quote before we start, you approve, we deliver. No hourly billing that turns a "quick clean" into a $400 surprise. No hidden fees for products or travel. The price you see when you book is the price you pay, even if the job runs longer than expected. That predictability is why 67% of our Pickering clients are repeat or referral — they know exactly what to expect every time. We offer seven core services in Pickering: Move-Out Cleaning (for tenants getting their deposit back), Move-In Cleaning (for homes before boxes arrive), Deep Cleaning (the 6-month reset), Regular Cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance), Airbnb Turnover Cleaning (90-minute turnarounds for Pickering short-term rentals), Post-Construction Cleaning (3-stage process including HEPA air-quality checks), and Office Cleaning (after-hours crews for Pickering small and mid-size businesses). Every service uses a dedicated team — the same 2-person crew learns your property, your preferences, and your standards. What makes us different in Pickering? First, the 100% satisfaction guarantee isn't marketing — we've paid out fewer than 3% of the time across 2,400+ Pickering cleans. If a landlord flags anything on a move-out inspection, we come back free within 72 hours. Second, we're genuinely family-owned. Decisions get made in one kitchen in Scarborough, not a call center. You talk to actual people who care about Pickering reputation. Third, we publish our checklists. Our Move-Out checklist is 45 specific line items aligned with Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act. Our Deep Clean checklist has 84 tasks. We show you what you're paying for. Booking a Pickering cleaning takes 30 seconds online or one text message. We confirm within the hour, send the assigned team's names and photos before they arrive, text you when they're on the way, and send a photo report when the job is done. Most Pickering clients never need to be home — they give us a door code or hand off keys via lockbox or concierge. We lock up, text you confirmation, and the cleaning is done. Bonded, insured, 7 days a week, every neighborhood from Bay Ridges to Pickering Town Centre. Book your first clean and find out why Pickering keeps calling us back.
