Are your products actually safe for cats?

Yes. We do not use essential oils that are toxic to cats - no tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint, citrus, or pine in cat households. Our default Green Seal certified products are safe for cats and dogs. Confirmed brands available on request.

How do you handle pet hair?

Three-step approach: rubber broom or pet hair sweeper to lift hair from upholstery and rugs, HEPA-filter vacuum on every surface, then lint roller pass on furniture. Long-haired pets get extra attention.

What about urine stains and odor?

Enzymatic treatment available at $35 per affected area. Standard cleaners just mask the smell - enzymes break down the protein causing the odor so it does not come back. Treatment is permanent on hardwood and tile. Carpet may need a separate carpet clean.

Will my dog be stressed?

Most dogs adjust within 5 minutes of meeting our crew. We text 15 minutes before arrival so you can put anxious dogs in a quiet room. Same crew every visit on recurring contracts means your dog gets to know the same two people.
